1. Scope and acceptance

These Terms of Service govern your use of the oakwispirit.com website and any inquiries, requests, or bookings you submit through it. By using the site and submitting a request, you agree to these Terms.

Information on the site (including descriptions, availability, pricing, and timelines) is provided for informational purposes. We may update or correct information without notice. Unless otherwise expressly stated, details do not create a guarantee of availability for a specific date/time.

3. Availability, seasonality, and limitations

If services are offered in limited capacity or depend on scheduling, we will specify the relevant conditions on the site at the time you submit your request. Seasonal schedules, capacity constraints, and operational considerations may affect confirmation.

4. Reservation/booking request and confirmation

When you submit a request, it does not automatically create a binding contract. A contract is formed only after we confirm your request (e.g., by message/e-mail) or otherwise as described during the confirmation process.

We will consider your submission within a reasonable time and in accordance with applicable Ukrainian consumer protection rules.

Where your request results in an electronic contract or requires electronic commerce information, we provide consumer-facing service information in the state language and ensure the required electronic contract details are available to you.
