Our pricing is quoted after we match the farm schedule, the season, and your group size. Seasonal conditions also affect timing and routes for everyone’s comfort.

• Trail and activity timing
  If mornings are cold or evenings are rainy, we shift start times to reduce slips, mud, and long waits outdoors.
• Transport and farm access
  If paths are muddy or fields are under seasonal maintenance, we use alternative access routes and adjust which parts of the farm you visit.
• Meals and dietary comfort
  Weather influences what’s practical to cook and serve. Your guide confirms a plan that stays warm, timely, and suitable for dietary needs.
• Family-friendly pacing
  For families with children, we increase breaks and reduce walking length when conditions are windy, wet, or slippery.
